Our Ministries

Intercessory Prayer Ministries

The Intercessory Prayer Ministry’s purpose is to stand in the gap for others to pull down strong holds, cast down imaginations and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. We pray for the needs and desires of our Ministry as well as extending our prayers for the Body of Christ, salvation of souls, governmental officials, the world and others in need of prayer.

Every time we come together for prayer, we lift a number of prayer requests to our Father in Heaven. We pray for other ministries, churches, pastors, lost souls and the body of Christ. We also pray for other cities, states and countries all over the world. When we gather together to pray as the body of Christ lifting up one name – the mighty name of Jesus – hell trembles. James 5:16 says, “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”

Grief Counselling Ministries

“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Matthew 5:4

With an awareness of the seriousness of our mission to win souls for Christ, we must demonstrate our total commitment through meeting the need of providing counseling and related services.

We assist and pray for our brothers and sisters who have lost loved ones and pets as they deal with current and impending results of grief and loss. This is done by counseling and prayer. Also, for those who are terminally ill.

God of All Comfort

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in our entire affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as we share abundantly in Christ’s sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-5

Addiction Ministry

Because of the shame involved with those who suffer from abuse and addiction, Christians who struggle with this live in shameful isolation and are frightened and anxious to share their troubles with fellow church members.

Our Ministry is a non-denominational Christian organization focused on Biblical teachings and principles about addiction and abuse. Our purpose is to provide support, comfort and education to Christians about the sin of addiction and to help God’s children lead an addiction free life. We believe that God's enduring truth and healing is revealed in Scripture.

By walking in faith, a Christian can truly do all things: “I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.” Phil. 4:13 KJV

Our ministry is based on Biblical verses that focus on the sufficiency of Jesus Christ coupled with living a Spirit-filled life free of addiction.

God’s Answer for addiction is freedom in Christ. The truth is that freedom has been provided for every child of God; It was for freedom that Christ set us free…(Gal. 5 :1). The finished work of Christ has provided freedom for every believer, for we know that old self was crucified with Him that the body of sin might be down away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin, because anyone who has died has been freed from sin (Rom. 6:6,7). Anyone who is struggling with an addiction is simply believing a lie. Jesus said you will know the truth and the truth will set you free (John 8:32). When a person knows the truth they will experience freedom in Christ. Our goal is to present the truth of God’s clear, complete and definitive answer for addiction, which is freedom in Christ. Freedom is your birthright as a child of God. Our focus is to teach, train, equip and provide resources for people to conduct recovery ministries where people find true and lasting freedom in Christ. This is being accomplished through books, workbooks, devotionals, DVD’s and webinars. The webinars are designed to present the truth that sets free from addictive behavior and train and equip a person to have a recovery ministry where this takes place Jesus declared

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because He has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed.” — Luke 4:18

Abuse Ministry

Abuse comes in many different forms including psychological, physical and mental. God created us to be sexual beings - but only within the boundaries of marriage. God designed sex as an expression of mutual love between a husband and wife. Sex within marriage symbolizes and celebrates the covenant, or lifetime commitment made between man and his wife. Sexual abuse is a blatant attempt by the enemy to pervert God’s character. Emotional abuse is can be a constituent of physical, sexual and verbal abuse, but can also be one in its own. With every case of abuse, the perpetrator executes intimidation, humiliation, isolation and fear to shrink their victim's sense of self worth, reason and sanity.

The impact of emotional abuse can cause destruction and harm on one's spiritual life. The Bible gives us warnings about the dangers of an angry person. Proverbs 22:24 says, “Do not associate with a man given to anger; or go with a hot-tempered man.” Proverbs 29:22 says, “An angry man stirs up strife, and a hot-tempered man abounds in transgression.” It is not God’s will for you to be in an abusive relationship. Angry, destructive and critical words destroy your confidence, image of self and self-esteem. Being obedient and submissive in a marriage does not mean letting your partner verbally, sexually or psychologically abuse you. 1 Peter 3:1 does teach that wives, by being submissive to their husbands, may win them to Christ by their behaviour. But it does not teach that they must allow themselves to be verbally or physically abused. “The LORD is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18

The Bible teaches in Psalm 51:6 that “Surely You desire truth in the inner parts; You teach me wisdom in the inmost place.” A related issue to abuse is shame. Many victims of abuse may feel that something is wrong with them. God declares you His cherished creation. Psalms 139:14 says, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

Psalm 34:18 - The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit. Emotional abuse is the unseen fallout of all other forms of abuse: physical, verbal, mental, verbal, sexual and even spiritual abuse. Abuse can happen with more than words – it can be with degrading looks, obscene gestures or threatening behaviours. These actions cause immense pain and prohibit emotional growth. Jesus says that God knows not only each and every sparrow, but He also knows you intimately and gives you worth.

Prison Ministries

We supply free Bibles and Christian books to inmates in over 170 prisons all over the United States. We believe that everyone must have access to the WORD of GOD for it is only through the WORD that we can all change and become more like CHRIST. The WORD is life changing and has had a powerful impact on many incarcerated men and women. Lives are being changed, prisoners are giving their lives to the LORD and Bible studies and prayers are being conducted right inside the prisons. Those that are being released are leaving with their Bibles and leading transformed lives for the first time as free men and women.
